is a Springdale native who graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2002, he received his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law, where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review. Mr. Brown was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2002, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas in 2003 and the Arkansas Bar in 2004.
