Lucas T. Regnier
Lucas Regnier specializes in energy law, with an emphasis on litigation and general energy law advices concerning leasing, royalty collection, disputes among working interest owners, landowner property damage claims, and the review and preparation of contracts. He also practices in the areas of creditors’ rights, lender liability, and commercial and civil litigation. He joined the firm in 2010 after having practiced approximately eight years in Louisiana. A native of Springdale, Arkansas, Lucas graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1997, and received his juris doctor cum laude from Tulane Law School in 2001.
