is a shareholder in the firm and has been practicing law with the firm since 1991. He is a native of Paragould, Arkansas and has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas since 1988. He attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1988, and he received his law degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1991. During law school, he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review from 1990-1991. He was admitted to practice law in Arkansas in 1991 and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. In addition to his areas of practice listed, he currently serves as City Attorney for the Town of Highfill, Arkansas and assists with the city attorney work for the City of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
