Natural Resource Law

The firm’s natural resources law practice centers around the Arkansas natural gas industry. Our litigation practice in this area includes the handling of disputes arising under all manner of contracts and obligations involving natural gas exploration and production, including representation of both landowners and industry clients. The firm handles issues such as royalty disputes, cleanup obligations, operational disputes and well blowout cases, rights between interest owners and unit members, as well as tort and statutory obligations associated with mineral development in Arkansas. The firm’s attorneys can also prepare and review mineral leases and assignments, operating agreements, farmout agreements, drilling contracts, pipeline transportation agreements, seismic permits, right-of-way and easements, and other contracts.
