Harrington, Miller, Kieklak, Eichmann & Brown, P.A., is a full-service, mid-size business law firm located in Northwest Arkansas, one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Established in 1976, the firm has an experienced business practice, focused on the following areas: business, corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, real estate, taxation, property tax, estate planning and administration, employment law, and technology law. The firm's practice is regional in scope, and concentrated in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

We recognize that the practice of law is a service business and that clients rightfully expect their attorneys to be accessible and responsive and that clients be kept informed of the status of their matters.

Our Practice

Expertise and Staffing

We know that most clients retain attorneys for their experience and judgment. Our less senior attorneys practice under the supervision of the firm's principals, who are brought into a matter when they are more cost-effective for the client. Clients work with attorneys with whom they have an established relationship.

Technology

We recognize that maintaining state of the art technology is often integral to providing effective and timely legal services.

Fees and Billing

We realize that clients want reasonable attorney fees. We are aware of the economic challenges faced by our clients. The firm has modest fees. We provide complete, understandable and timely invoices. Each invoice includes a detailed description of the services by each attorney. We encourage client inquiries and comments regarding invoices, and we are diligent in meeting client billing requirements.
