is a native of Austin, Texas and has been licensed in Florida since 1972 and in Arkansas since 1989. He graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Law School, taught legal research and appellate law at the University of Arkansas School of Law, and constitutional law and federal jurisdiction at the University of Florida School of Law. Steve is serving as the City Attorney for the City of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
