Justin Eichmann

Justin represents public entities and municipalities as general counsel and in litigation concerning issues such as human resources, land use, tax disputes, constitutional law, civil rights cases and governance. Prior to attending law school, Justin worked in Brussels, Belgium in international commercial trade regulation and then locally in business translation. He is the son of educators; his mother is a retired public-school teacher and his father a retired professor of Foreign Languages at the University of Arkansas. His first taste of public entity legal work came about while working as a law clerk for Harrington Miller.

Justin is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Justin serves on the Fayetteville Public School District Board of Education and served as the President of the Fayetteville Public School District Board of Education from 2016 through 2020.

He currently serves as the City Attorney for Cave Springs, Tontitown, Johnson, Holiday Island and represents various municipalities and public entities across Arkansas in litigation and for special projects. Justin is an adjunct professor at the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
